LOW NOISE THANKS TO TWO SEMI-PASSIVE MODES

Compared to previous LEADEX Ill series plattorm, the fan pertormance has been optimized
in order to minimise the amount of noise produced, the Fluid Dynamic Bearing fans played a
particularly important role in making this possible. The end users are able to select between
three different cooling modes according to the PC operating environment.
In ECO 0, the fan start operating as soon as the temperatures are between 62°C and 68°C.
When temperatures fall below 47°C and 53°C again, the fan stops again.
In ECO 1, the temperature threshold at which the fans start is 42°C to 48°C, with the lower
threshold being 27°C to 33°C.
Thanks to the low fan speeds and the FDB bearings, the power supply remains extremely
quiet even in active operation.
