Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charges
• Cancellation requests after 24 hours but before production begins will incur a 15% processing fee
• Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled as fabrics are manufactured to specific customer requirements
• To cancel an order, please contact us with your order number

Custom Orders

• Custom-dyed fabrics, special weave patterns, or made-to-specification orders are non-cancellable once production begins
• Any customization charges paid are non-refundable

Refunds

• Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7-10 business days
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Any bank charges or payment gateway fees (typically 2-3%) are non-refundable

Quality Issues

• If you receive defective or damaged goods, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• We will arrange for replacement or issue a full refund after quality inspection
• Return shipping for defective products will be borne by Mehta Brothers

Minimum Order Quantities

• Partial cancellations that reduce order quantity below our minimum order quantity (MOQ) may result in price revisions or full order cancellation.
