All Mehta-Brothers products and accessories are covered by a manufacturer warranty by the mehtabrother & company also. So in case of any damage with product after return or cancellation time please kindly contact the service center of the company which will be easily available to pan india.
All Products form Mehta brothers returnable within the return window, the refund or return will only be placed when condition given below filled.
It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and accessories)
We will entertain the request only if the complaint has been raised within 7 working days from the product being received.
For the products that are returned by the customer, the refund is issued to the original payment method and our support team will be in touch with you in the whole process.n case if the product is in working condition and not returned to us then the refund/replacement will not be issued.
If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information such as SSD-HDD, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Mehta-Brothers will not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.
